Our carpet cleaning method

1. Inspection and colour-fastness test. Fibre type, backing, dye stability and any existing damage are checked and recorded first.
2. High-suction dry vacuuming. The single most important step. Removing dry soil before water is introduced prevents mud forming in the pile.
3. Pre-spray and rotary brush shampoo. A rotary machine agitates the pile so embedded grit and oils release from the fibre.
4. Hot-water extraction rinse. High-pressure injection and immediate recovery of the dirty solution.
5. Grooming and speed drying. The pile is groomed in one direction and air movers are set to cut drying time.

Persian, wool and hand-knotted rugs

Valuable rugs are treated with a low-moisture method and pH-neutral chemicals, because wool is alkaline-sensitive and natural dyes can bleed. Fringes are cleaned by hand. Where a rug is heavily soiled, water damaged or smells of mildew, we can collect it, wash it fully at our facility under controlled conditions, dry it flat and deliver it back.

Wall-to-wall office carpet and carpet tiles are cleaned in sections so the floor stays usable and the business keeps running.
