Living and dining rooms

Dust and wipe all surfaces, shelves and decorative items
Furniture polished; sofa and cushions vacuumed including cavities
Ceiling fans and light fittings cleaned
TV, electronics and cable runs dusted
Switchboards, door handles and frames wiped
Skirting boards and cornices cleaned
Mirrors and glass surfaces polished
Curtains vacuumed or steamed where included

Bedrooms

Beds made and linen changed where linen is provided

Kitchen

Countertops degreased and sanitised
Backsplash tiles and grout scrubbed
Hob, burners and knobs cleaned; dismantled in a deep clean
Chimney hood exterior; filters degreased in a deep clean
Cabinet exteriors degreased; interiors on request
Sink and taps descaled and polished; drain deodorised
Appliance exteriors degreased; interiors on request
Exhaust fan grille cleaned
Bin sanitised and re-lined

Bathrooms

Commode disinfected inside and out, including under the rim
Wash basin, taps and drain descaled

Windows and glass

Glass cleaned inside; outside where access is safe

What is not included as standard

Being clear about exclusions matters as much as listing inclusions. The following are available but quoted separately: cabinet and wardrobe interiors, appliance interiors, exterior glass at height, sofa and carpet machine cleaning, mattress deep treatment, marble polishing, water tank cleaning, pest control, and rubbish removal in volume. Wall painting, plumbing and electrical repairs are outside our scope entirely, though we will tell you when you need one.
