An empty flat is the only opportunity to clean everything properly: behind where the almirah stood, inside every cabinet and wardrobe, the top of every door frame, the floor under the bed. Move-in and move-out cleaning uses that window fully, and it is the reason handover cleaning is a different service from routine house cleaning.
For a move-out, the objective is your security deposit. We clean to the standard a landlord actually inspects to: cabinet and wardrobe interiors, appliance interiors where present, full bathroom descaling, kitchen degreasing including the chimney, window glass and channels, balcony, light fittings and fans, marks on walls where they can be safely removed, and rubbish clearance. Landlords deduct for exactly these items, and they are exactly what a rushed self-clean misses.
For a move-in, the objective is confidence. You do not know how the previous occupants lived, so the same scope is applied plus disinfection of all touch points, the full bathroom, the kitchen and anywhere skin contact happens. Many customers also add sofa or mattress cleaning if furniture is included with the flat, and water tank cleaning before they start drinking the water.
Brand new flats need post-construction treatment rather than ordinary cleaning: cement film scraped and acid-treated off tiles, paint and putty spots removed from glass and fittings, protective film peeled, and construction dust extracted from inside every cabinet, channel and duct. New marble is easily ruined by the wrong acid, and our teams are trained on which surface tolerates what.

Ideally the property is empty of belongings, with water and electricity still connected. If the utilities have been disconnected, tell us in advance — we can bring water in limited quantities but it changes the method and the timing. Let us know about parking and lift access too, since equipment has to come up.
A two-bedroom flat is usually a full day for a small team; a three or four bedroom property may need six to eight people. Booking the day before handover rather than the morning of it removes a lot of avoidable stress.
