Deep Cleaning in Dhaka

Deep cleaning is the service to book when regular cleaning is no longer enough: after construction or renovation, before moving into a new flat, before Eid or a family occasion, after a long absence, or simply when a property has not had a proper reset in a year. It is defined by what gets dismantled and treated, not by how many hours are spent wiping.

What makes a deep clean different

In a deep clean the team takes things apart. Ceiling fans are unscrewed and washed rather than dusted. Kitchen chimney filters come out and are degreased in a soak. Bathroom grout is acid-treated and mechanically scrubbed instead of wiped. Window channels and grills — where Dhaka street dust actually settles — are cleaned, not just the glass. Furniture is moved so the floor beneath it is reached. Switchboards, cornices, door tops and skirting boards are covered as standard.

Room-by-room deep cleaning scope

• Kitchen: chimney hood and filters degreased, hob and burners stripped and soaked, backsplash tiles and grout scrubbed, cabinet exteriors degreased and interiors cleaned on request, sink and drain descaled, exhaust fan washed, appliance exteriors degreased.
• Bathrooms: limescale descaling on tiles, taps, glass and shower fittings, grout and silicone fungicide treatment, commode disinfection including rim jets, exhaust grille, floor drain, mirror polishing.

Vacuum extractors, steam machines, single-disc scrubbers, telescopic poles, high-suction wet-dry vacuums and professional-strength alkaline and acidic chemicals. This is the honest dividing line between a deep cleaning company and a group of day labourers with buckets: if the crew arrives without machines, you are buying a thorough general clean at a deep-clean price.

Deep cleaning before Eid and family occasions

Demand peaks in the two weeks before both Eids and through the winter wedding season. Those slots book out early, and we would rather tell you honestly that a date is full than send an under-sized team. Book seven to ten days ahead for occasion cleaning.

Post-construction and post-renovation deep cleaning

New and renovated properties need a different treatment: cement film scraped and acid-treated off tiles, paint and putty spots removed from glass and fittings, protective film peeled, construction dust extracted from inside every cabinet, channel and duct. Marble is especially vulnerable here — the wrong acid permanently etches it, which is why our teams are trained on which surface tolerates what.

How long deep cleaning takes

What does deep cleaning cost in Dhaka?

There is no fixed rate, and no calculator on this website, because two flats of identical size can need very different work depending on condition, access and scope. Send us your floor area, the number of bathrooms and — ideally — a few photographs of the kitchen and bathrooms, and a coordinator will send a written quotation, usually the same day.
