How our cleaning service pricing works
Why there is no rate card or price calculator on this website — and how you get a firm price instead.
The question we are asked more than any other is what a clean costs. This page answers it honestly, which means explaining why you will not find a rate card or a price calculator anywhere on this website.
Why we do not publish prices
An automatic estimate for cleaning work is almost always wrong. Two three-bedroom flats of identical size can need completely different amounts of work depending on how long it has been since the last proper clean, whether the kitchen chimney has been degreased in three years, how much limescale is on the bathroom fittings, whether there is marble that needs specialist chemicals, and whether the team can park within fifty metres or has to carry equipment up six floors.
Companies that publish a low headline rate deal with that variability in one of two ways: they revise the price upward once the team is inside and you are committed, or they shrink the scope until the number works and you discover what was left out afterwards. We are not willing to do either.
What we do instead
- You send your requirement through the booking form, by phone or on WhatsApp.
- A coordinator calls you, usually within thirty minutes during business hours, and asks the handful of questions that actually determine the work.
- Where a job is large or complex — a full deep clean, an office contract, an industrial site — we arrange a short site visit at no charge.
- You receive a written quotation setting out the scope, the line items, the total and the validity period.
- You approve it, or you do not. There is no obligation and no follow-up pressure.
The price we quote is the price you pay
Once you approve a quotation, that is the price — unless the site turns out to be materially different from what was described, in which case we stop and agree a revision with you before continuing, never after the work is done. That commitment is written into our terms.
What actually affects the price
- Floor area and number of rooms and bathrooms — the single biggest driver.
- Condition — a maintained property versus one that has not had a deep clean in years.
- Scope — whether cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, windows and balconies are included.
- Materials — marble, mosaic and imported fittings need specialist chemicals and slower methods.
- Access — floor number, lift availability, parking distance, and whether water and electricity are connected.
- Frequency — contract customers pay less per visit than one-off bookings, because scheduling and travel are predictable.
Ways to reduce what you pay
Book several items in one visit rather than separately — sofa, mattress and carpet cleaning on the same day costs less than three appointments. Move to a regular schedule once the property has been reset; maintenance is far cheaper than repeated rescue. Book outside the Eid and wedding-season peaks if your timing is flexible. And tell us honestly what you actually need, because we will happily quote a narrower scope rather than upsell you one you do not want.
Payment
Payment is due on completion for one-off work, and monthly in arrears for contract customers. We accept cash, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer, and we issue a proper numbered invoice for every job — including household ones.

Send us the details and you will have a written quotation, usually the same day. It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
